Nancy is responsible for financial analysis, special projects, and investment monitoring and reporting across all investments, with an emphasis on mass tort and single-event investment strategies. Nancy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, Naveen Jindal School of Management, and brings more than two decades of experience in finance, accounting, and project management to her role.
Prior to her current position, Nancy served as Controller, managing financial operations in litigation funding and insurance. Her responsibilities included consolidated financial reporting, developing multi-year financial projections, and overseeing cash flow. She also played a key role in HR and payroll administration, benefits evaluation, and multi-state compliance, demonstrating her versatility and leadership in both finance and operations.
Earlier in her career, Nancy managed financial functions across multiple industries, implementing systems to improve reporting, payroll, and compliance. Her experience in public accounting and various service and technology industries built a strong foundation in financial reporting and operational support.
