David Diamond is a Managing Director where he drives strategic direction, business operations, and finance across the firm. As an investor and entrepreneur, he brings over 20 years of leadership experience in financial services, tech, healthcare, and manufacturing. Prior to joining Certum more than 10 years ago, he was the co-founder, COO, and CFO of Sonexus Health, which was successfully sold to Cardinal Health, Inc. Earlier in his career, Dave started a number of healthcare technology and manufacturing companies, was a principal in European-based private equity firm Compass Partners, and was an Mergers & Acquisitions analyst at CS First Boston in New York City.
Dave earned his B.B.A.,
magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with emphases in finance and international business. Dave also serves on boards of several domestic and international companies
